Investment & Strategic Opportunities

A portfolio of opportunities across motion picture infrastructure, interactive entertainment, feature film, financial technology, and international capital initiatives.

About this section

Capital for specific projects, separate from PSRU shareholder information

Valiant Eagle Inc. is a Los Angeles–based entertainment and technology holding company. Its businesses include Providence Film Group, VE Gaming and other subsidiaries and interests. This section presents the initiatives where the company, its subsidiaries or related project entities are seeking outside capital or strategic partners.

Each initiative has its own issuer or entity, legal framework, eligibility rules and risks. The Investor Center remains the place for Valiant Eagle’s public-company reporting, filings and shareholder communications.

How our opportunities differ

Capital pathways designed for distinct projects.

Private placements

Project securities offered through exemptions such as Regulation D, with issuer-specific documents and investor eligibility requirements.

Wefunder campaigns

Intermediary-hosted information and approved transaction pathways. Indications of interest and reservations must not be confused with closed funding.

Strategic joint ventures

Negotiated capital partnerships and acquisitions, with transaction-specific structures, economic rights and closing conditions.

EB-5 projects

Immigration-related capital structures subject to separate USCIS, securities, job-creation and regional-center requirements.

Investment eligibility

Who can participate, and how

Rule 506(c) private placements

Open only to accredited investors, and the issuer must take reasonable steps to verify each investor's status before accepting an investment. Under SEC rules, accredited investors include, for example, individuals with net worth over $1 million excluding their primary residence, individuals with income over $200,000 ($300,000 with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years, holders of certain professional licenses, and qualifying entities. Verification is performed through the issuer's authorized process, not by a checkbox on this website.

Regulation Crowdfunding

Once an issuer files a Form C, the offering is made only through the registered funding portal, which handles investor onboarding, investment limits and transactions. Before a Form C is filed, a campaign may only gauge interest: no money is accepted and indications of interest are non-binding.

Joint ventures and strategic capital

Negotiated directly with qualified capital partners. Any securities involved must be offered under an available exemption and definitive agreements, after diligence.

EB-5

For qualifying non-U.S. investors seeking U.S. permanent residence through an approved project, with separate securities, immigration, source-of-funds and job-creation requirements. Immigration outcomes are never guaranteed.

Two different things

PSRU stock is not the same as a project investment

What this means for you. Buying PSRU shares does not give you an interest in a specific project, and investing in a project, subsidiary SAFE, joint venture or EB-5 interest is not ownership of PSRU common stock unless the transaction documents expressly provide otherwise. Each investment carries its own rights, risks and restrictions on resale.

Investor diligence

Understanding the process

Review before investing

Each offering has separate terms, eligibility, risks and issuer-specific governing documents. A prospective investor should independently evaluate the entity, business plan, capitalization, risks, legal restrictions and availability before considering any participation.

  1. Explore a company or project. Read the opportunity page and its source documents.
  2. Review definitive issuer documents. Only the issuer's current offering documents, or the funding portal's campaign page, control terms.
  3. Follow the authorized qualification and transaction process. Accredited-investor verification and any investment happen through the issuer's process or the registered portal — never through this website.

Investor inquiries

Ask about an opportunity

Tell us which opportunity interests you and how you would participate. Investor Relations will respond with the appropriate next step: the funding portal, the issuer’s verification process, or general information available to all investors.

Do not include identification numbers, account numbers or financial documents.

Inquiries are reviewed by Valiant Eagle Investor Relations. Submitting an inquiry does not establish investor eligibility, reserve an allocation or create any obligation for you or the company.
