01 / Vision

Technology vision

People get paid through many different apps. WalletBridge aims to reduce that friction: first by organizing payment requests and tracking across apps, and over time by supporting shared expenses, group settlement and broader interoperability between payment services where partners, licensing and regulation allow.

02 / Use

The June 24, 2026 launch announcement described these PayOS Lite features:

  • A public PayLink page listing the user's accepted payment apps (for example Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Stripe)
  • Payment requests with shareable links and automatic email delivery
  • Manual status tracking across an eight-stage request pipeline
  • Automated daily overdue alerts and manual reminder emails
  • A built-in contact list (CRM) with payment preferences
  • Group collections for splitting costs
  • QR codes for in-person collection
  • Analytics on which payment methods visitors use, and a dashboard with income tracking

Feature list as announced June 24, 2026. Check current features and pricing in the product itself.

04 / Roadmap

Planned future platform functionality

Planned features are separate from what is available today. The company has described the following as goals for the next phase of development. None is represented as available.

  • Deeper integrations with payment apps
  • Shared-expense and group-settlement tools
  • Team accounts and advanced automation
  • Broader interoperability between payment services, subject to partner agreements, licensing and regulatory requirements

Earlier public announcements described plans for telecom and mobile-money integrations in Africa and India. Those plans are historical statements, not current commitments, and are not represented here as active.

05 / Revenue

Monetization

At launch the company described a Free plan (three payment methods and ten requests per month) and a Pro plan at $9 per month with unlimited requests and payment methods, group collections, the contact list and full analytics. Other potential revenue models, such as licensing or business accounts, are possible future options and are not represented as current revenue.

Pricing as announced June 24, 2026. No user, subscriber or revenue figures are published here.

06 / Development

Product development, testing and quality assurance

VE Gaming’s engineering team built the platform. Before launch, WalletBridge engaged VISEON, an independent QA firm, to audit it across web, iOS and Android. According to the launch announcement, the review covered 68 test cases. All passed on re-test, including 15 critical-severity issues that the VE Gaming team fixed before sign-off.

08 / Ownership

Ownership structure

WalletBridge is not a subsidiary of Valiant Eagle. Investing in WalletBridge is not an investment in Valiant Eagle Inc. (PSRU), and buying PSRU shares is not an investment in WalletBridge. Ownership percentages, the issuing entity and capitalization are set out only in the issuer’s documents.

09 / Partnerships

Strategic partnerships

WalletBridge is open to discussions with payment apps, platforms, distribution partners and other strategic parties. Investor Relations receives these inquiries and refers them to WalletBridge. Apart from the Wefunder campaign notice below, this website does not offer or describe any WalletBridge securities.

10 / Wefunder

Wefunder campaign

WalletBridge has a Wefunder page gauging interest in a possible Regulation Crowdfunding offering. The Wefunder page is the authoritative source for that campaign. Reservations shown there are indications of interest, not invested capital.

Testing the waters. The issuer is gauging interest in a possible Regulation Crowdfunding offering. No money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, it will not be accepted. No offer to buy securities can be accepted, and no part of the purchase price can be received, until a Form C is filed with the SEC, and then only through Wefunder. An indication of interest involves no obligation or commitment of any kind.

11 / Capital

Capital needs

The company has said it is raising capital to fund the next phase of development: deeper payment-app integrations, shared-expense and group-settlement tools, team accounts, automation and expanded platform capabilities, along with marketing, compliance and operations. Any actual use of proceeds would be set out in the offering documents filed for the campaign.

12 / Risk

Risk disclosures

  • Fintech and payments regulation may limit features or require licenses
  • Integrations depend on third-party APIs, terms and approvals
  • Privacy, data-security and app-store requirements
  • Technology execution, competition and user adoption
  • Further capital needs and dilution
  • Early-stage securities are illiquid; you can lose your entire investment

Important investor information

Company and project information is supplied for general informational purposes. No representation of SEC approval, investment return, liquidity, project completion or guaranteed financing is made. Any securities investment, if available, must be made solely under definitive issuer-specific offering materials and eligibility requirements. This corporate page does not accept subscriptions or funds. Private investments can result in a total loss. An investment in a project-specific entity is not necessarily an investment in PSRU securities.

Opportunity descriptions, figures, and historical milestones should be considered with their source dates. Corporate securities, Regulation D, Regulation Crowdfunding, and EB-5 arrangements are distinct frameworks. Consult the issuer’s approved materials and advisers.
