VE Gaming combines original casual games, entertainment brands and technology projects. The strategy includes improving existing titles, building audience engagement, and developing proprietary interactive IP with potential for cross-platform distribution.
Beyond its own titles, VE Gaming’s engineering team performs development work for related products — most recently WalletBridge PayOS Lite, which passed an independent third-party QA review before its June 2026 launch.

Basketball assets. Under an agreement announced on November 6, 2024, Valiant Eagle sold its basketball assets to Medican Enterprises Inc., including exclusive rights to the Fathers of the Sport video game and documentary and all other basketball assets. VE Gaming does not list basketball games among its owned titles.

VE Gaming’s value rests on the original game concepts, characters and code it develops. IP protection, including copyrights, trademarks and contractual rights, is pursued as titles mature. Rights in any licensed or third-party property depend on the terms of those agreements.

Potential models include advertising, in-app purchases, product sales, licensing and other approved digital revenue streams. Current sales, downloads and user metrics should be disclosed only when independently verified.

Testing the waters. VE Gaming is gauging interest in a possible Regulation Crowdfunding offering. No money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, it will not be accepted.
