01 / Story

Story and creative vision

The Last Voice is a planned feature film inspired by the life and legacy of Bilal ibn Rabah. Born into slavery in Mecca and later freed, Bilal became a companion of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and is remembered as the first muezzin of Islam.

His story of perseverance, dignity and faith is the creative foundation of the project. Story, cast and creative details are subject to development and may change.

04 / Financing

Financing structure

PFG Group A, LLC, a California limited liability company, is the issuer named in the Form D. Investors in this offering would hold securities of PFG Group A, LLC on the terms of its offering documents, not Valiant Eagle Inc. common stock.

The relationship between the issuer, Providence Film Group and the film’s rights, and any additional financing sources (for example pre-sales, gap financing or incentives) and their priority, are described only in the offering documents.

Only definitive, approved offering documents control the current offering economics — including security classes, pricing, minimums, use of proceeds, waterfall and investor rights. Nothing on this page modifies them.

06 / Eligibility

Investor eligibility

Rule 506(c) permits general solicitation subject to statutory conditions, including taking reasonable steps to verify all purchasers’ accredited-investor status. The offering is not available to non-accredited investors.

Verification is completed through the issuer’s authorized process — for example, review of documentation by the issuer or a qualified third party such as a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, attorney or CPA. A self-certification checkbox is not sufficient, and this website does not collect verification documents.

07 / Capital

Capital deployment

The use of proceeds is set out in the definitive offering documents. Film financing is typically applied to development, packaging and pre-production, then to production costs: cast and crew, production services, locations, post-production, deliverables, insurance, administration and contingencies. The actual budget, use of proceeds and waterfall are governed only by the current private placement documents.

08 / Distribution

Distribution strategy

Potential distribution channels for a feature film of this kind include:

  • Theatrical release in selected territories
  • Streaming and television licensing
  • International sales through a sales agent
  • Institutional, educational and community screenings

No distribution agreement is represented by this page.

09 / Recoupment

Revenue and recoupment considerations

Film revenues typically pass through several parties before reaching investors. In general terms:

  1. Gross receipts are collected by distributors and sales agents.
  2. Distribution fees, sales-agent commissions and distribution expenses are deducted.
  3. Remaining proceeds flow to the production entity, where any senior financing is repaid first.
  4. Investor recoupment and any profit participation follow the order set in the offering documents.

This is a general description, not the offering's waterfall. Potential revenue from theatrical, streaming or international licensing is speculative. No return or distribution is guaranteed.

10 / Risk

Film-specific risks

Film production faces completion, budget, talent, distribution, public-reception and recoupment risks.

  • The film may not be fully financed, produced or completed
  • Costs may exceed the budget; completion may be delayed
  • Key talent attachments may change
  • Distribution may not be secured on favorable terms, or at all
  • Audience reception and revenue are unpredictable
  • The issuer reported no revenues in its Form D
  • Securities are restricted, have no public market and may be held indefinitely
  • You can lose your entire investment

Investor inquiries

Accredited-investor inquiry process

If you are an accredited investor interested in The Last Voice, send an inquiry. Investor Relations will explain the issuer’s verification process. After verification, the issuer provides the offering documents; any subscription follows those documents. Do not send funds, identification or financial records through this website or by email.

Inquiries are reviewed by Valiant Eagle Investor Relations. Submitting an inquiry does not establish investor eligibility, reserve an allocation or create any obligation for you or the company.

Important investor information

Company and project information is supplied for general informational purposes. No representation of SEC approval, investment return, liquidity, project completion or guaranteed financing is made. Any securities investment, if available, must be made solely under definitive issuer-specific offering materials and eligibility requirements. This corporate page does not accept subscriptions or funds. Private investments can result in a total loss. An investment in a project-specific entity is not necessarily an investment in PSRU securities.

Opportunity descriptions, figures, and historical milestones should be considered with their source dates. Corporate securities, Regulation D, Regulation Crowdfunding, and EB-5 arrangements are distinct frameworks. Consult the issuer’s approved materials and advisers.
